Built as a woolen factory by James Eaton in 1821, the building was later used as a storeroom for a nearby iron furnace. The stone exterior of the pavilion has been retained as originally constructed; the inside of the building was remodeled for party use in 1893. The first floor has a kitchen and a dining room with seating for 60. The second floor boasts a lovely timbered ballroom. Available year-round for groups up to 100. Access to Artist's Trail and West Cohasset Trail.
